Setting Up Password Recovery
1. Log into the Citrix Storefront. This will display the following screen.
2. Enter a unique email address and select three security questions. An email address must be entered in order to be able to reset the password.
If you become locked out of your account, our Support Team are happy to help wth this. The Support Team can be contacted via the usual channels:

Resetting Your Password
1. To reset your Citrix password, navigate to the login screen and click Forgot Password.
2. Enter your username and click Submit.
3. The next screen will display two security questions. Enter the answers you used when setting up the questions and click Log On.
4. If the correct answers were entered, the screen below will be displayed and you will be emailed a code. Enter the code from the email and click Log On.
Please be aware that if the screen times out at this stage, you will need to restart the password reset process.
5. If the correct code was entered, you will be prompted to enter a new password. Enter a new password once in the New Password field and again in the Confirm Password field. When you have done this, click Submit.
This password must meet the Citrix password requirements. If it doesn't, the following message will be displayed and you will need to choose a different password.
When the password has been successfully changed, you will be taken back to the login screen.
